What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia.

My fiancee is moving to America from Sweden next summer and we will be getting married upon her arrival. She will be bringing her two teenage children of whom she has 100% primary custody. The father currently lives in the West Indies and currently pays monthly child support. The parents are legally divorced.

question:
Will the father of the two children still be required to pay child support per the child custody agreement once the family arrives in the U.S. to live permanantly?

That would be based on Swedish law as would mother moving with her children.

Second, this is NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS LEGALLY!

It depends on the law of the state where the divorce was complete and on the divorce decree.
In this forum we are dealing with US law only.

Alex, re-read what you said and what the OP stated. Then re-read OG's post. Hers was accurate. Yours, not so much.

We have no idea whatosoever if the cp and ncp were ever married, nor where the children were born, and therefore we have no idea which country would have jurisdiction.

So the only correct thing you said was "In this forum we are dealing with US law only".
