What is the name of your state? Oregon..

I would like to find out if I can start paying my child support to my 18yr old after he graduates from high school. He will be attending college and I would like the support checks to go to him instead of his mother. Is this possible?

What age does your divorce decree state?
If your decree states CS contiues after age 18 and graduation then you have to continue paying it to the CP.
If CS stops at 18 and graduation, then there is nothing saying you can't help your son while he is in college.
