Pcdm reinstatement

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado
Our current pcdm's contract is up and my ex wife wants to reinstate another which would mean writing a down payment check ($1000-$1500 fee). We have no outstanding issues currently that require a pcdm and haven't had for a year. So, if I don't agree to hiring a pcdm, what possible actions could my ex take?

I figured that the PC part was probably Parenting Coordinator but for the life of me, I couldn't figure out the DM part.
