My ex husband has taken me back to court to get out of paying child support. I did not have money to pay an attorney and his lawyer at me up. The judge ruled in his favor even though I have the kids the majority of the time. He is also allowed to claim all 3 of them on his taxes. I got nothing. I appealled it but did not know that I had to also provide a transcript. The judges orders say that it is "the final appealable order" Can anyone help me with this??
