What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TEXAS

I have been seeing several cases in which the CP's income is being imputed into CS calculations, but I cannot find the law/code. The courts have been taking the percentage(based on CS guideline) of CP's income and deducting that percentage of the NCP's percentage to come up with what the NCP will pay. I hope I am explaining this correctly. I did not think Texas did this, but I cannot find information to back it up. I can only find the change to gross income monthly cap amount. 7500 to 8500. Any help to point me in correct direction.

Thank you.

Why do these "several cases" matter?

Texas is a flat percentage of the NCP's income. CP's income has nothing to do with CS in Texas.

Sec. 154.066. INTENTIONAL UNEMPLOYMENT OR UNDEREMPLOYMENT. If the actual income of the obligor is significantly less than what the obligor could earn because of intentional unemployment or underemployment, the court may apply the support guidelines to the earning potential of the obligor.
