my wife is trying to obtain child support from her sons father, who is in puerto rico . she filed for c.s. in san diego where we reside. san diego is asking for her documents from new york where her divorce was filed at and her son ws born, it's been a year and n.y has not complied with the request they are asking for some kind of fee? my wife has all her certified documents , but tsan diego won't except hers they want n.y to send it to them . it's been a year now , and all san diego say is keep trying back every month! (help)
