A Judge finds defendant guilty of contempt but gives away to purge one by getting a medical narrative by ones doctor. A second Judge hears the contempt case on a compliance hearing. The Judge got the medical narrative but refused to accept the medical narrative and now she says she wants $2000 in back support completely ignoring the medical narrative saying that I am not able to work. Is there a law that would require the second Judge to follow the purge conditions set by the first Judge?

A: No. You owe the dough or to jail you go.

btw- the first judge had the option of ignoring the "narrative" too. He ordered you to get proof that you cannot work, so if the narrative lacks credibility for what ever reason, no judge has to accept it.
