I'm 26 years old, my biological father has never payed child support. Do I have a legitimate legal claim against him?

Likely not, but just for kicks ...

1. Which US state?
2. Is/was there actually a child support order?

Let's start there, shall we?

Several things need to have already happened for you to be eligible to receive anything.

1. There must have been a court order for your father to pay support prior to your emancipation.
2. Your dad must have either not paid or underpaid his court ordered obligation
3. Your mom must have passed away
4. You must be a beneficiary of her estate

In a nutshell, any support money owed is owed to your mom, not you.
