What is the name of your state?west virginia to answer all of your threads. i was granted custody by the lawmaster from the final hearing,so as far as arrears i owed her nothing.as to income i do make quite a bit more money than her,but she lied to the lawmaster about her income,she cleans houses as extra income(shes re-married)and placed an add in the classifieds for her services.i cut it out of the paper for the lawmaster to see,but she refused to look at it,saying she needed more proof.the only reason the 1 daughter wanted to go live with her is because she lets her do anything and everything she wants.my 15 year old even admits that the only reason that she wants them all back is just for the money out of child support,and that is why she and the 9 year old are still with me and not with her because they know how she is.as far as me getting custody to begin with, she abandoned them and didnt want anything to do with them until she found out she had to pay support,then she wanted something to do with them then.
