What is the name of your state? NY

I'm pro se and my ex is represented by an attorney. His attorney asked me to sign a release form so he can get my medical records. Apparently, he suspects I'm fabricating my physical disability.

Do I have to let him have access to my medical records? I sure hope that not.

Again, He may be tring to prove fraud. From what you have posted here I'd say you need a good lawyer.

What court are you in , family court, or divorce court ?

If you are disabled , do not you have proof and can supply it ?

You're going to have to prove it to the court .
