A man filed for custody and denied child support. Now has decided sue for back child support payments... Can still be done. He hasnt had his daughter for the last 3 to 4 months... What can we do about this as well???

If mom has had the child for the last 3-4 months, then mom should file for primary custody. I doubt that dad will prevail on the issue of back support.
