What is the name of your state? Texas i am going to school full time and dont have a job what is the procedure for child support? Do i need a job, is there a minimal amount i need to make or can i pay later?

Run a search, Doofus. This question is readily answered by those who search.
 
You need to get a job. They will base your CS on your income. If you don't get a job it will cost you a whole lot more later with arrears and interest. Go to school part-time and work full-time. Your kid deserves it.
