I am self employed and re married. My wife and i filed joint tax returns. My ex wife petitioned me to court for child support. My question is does the court look at the total salary earned including my wife's or just my earnings from self employment to determine the amount of child support i'll have to pay?

Your new wife's income will not be included into the calculations, only yours.
