What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

I've had my two boys for the past 5 years. I've received 450-600 monthly on average. My oldest is not 18y/o. My youngest wants to live with his mom. I agreed to let him try it out.

His mom has agreed to set the child support at what shes been paying all along.

My question is will the child support allow us set it at an amount we agree on? If so can she at any time go and request the full 20%?

I gross 5600. and net around 3800. after taxes, insurance and 401k. If it were the 20% does it come out of 5600. or 3800?
