What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Minnesota. I pay 152 a month to my sons father and i recently found out he is payee for my son thru my sddi. Hiw do i find out if i overpayed. Does the state reimburse. I can barely afford to survive and the father is employed

No, the state doesn't reimburse. What you need to do is file with the court to have the SSDI dependent benefits count as your child support.
