The X lives in PA
Brian is on disability (approx. 7 years), he a disabled VET and he is has a question reagrding the difference between child support/SSI checks received monthly for his children. Previously his x-wife received approx. $52,000.00 from SSI approx. 4-5 years ago. Both Cory (18 yrs old) and Kyle (will be 17 in March of this year) (his 2 sons from that marriage) stayed in Florida for at least one year since that payment. Both boys receive a SSI check monthly. It took quite some time to straighted it out with then and once it was cleared up, he receives a notice from Florida child enforcement regarding insurance on the boys, payment coupons and a notice stating the arrears is $49,479.98. What can he do?
