    Stip and order?

    What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

    Does anyone know what a Stipulation and Order are as far as Child Support is concerned?

    If NCP owes 15,000 in arrearage what is chances of him being awarded residency?

    A stipulation is basically an agreement that the 2 parties come to regarding the CS. The order is the court's okaying of that stipulation and incorporating it into a final court order.

    It's up to the Judge, who will base a decision on what is the child's best interests.

    Arrearages owed cannot alone prevent a NCP from gaining custody.
