What is the name of your state? Colorado
My arrears are almost paid in full. Right before they are paid in full, should I fill out any certain form so that my employer won't take the extra money out of my paycheck for the arrears? I don't want the extra money taken out after I have already paid in full. Is there also any form to fill out for the tax offset for state and federal, or is that stopped automatically?

Here's links to CO court forms and to CSE:

Yes, you have to fill out forms, submit them to court w/fee, and wait for them to take effect. You're going to pay out extra money because it often takes a few months for the dinosaur to move. Just keep track of it and make sure you get "credit" for it. Also, make sure your employer is on top of the situation.

I don't know about "tax offset" forms. Just check out those sites I posted. One has every domestic CO form existant.

I don't know. I've never been garnished.

Call the court clerk and ask. Look up lawyers in the yellow pages and see if you can get appointments with those who give free consultations. Find out.

At least you LOOKED through the links/info. :D
