What is the name of your state? Kansas

But the devorce and child support is from Oklahoma.

I am disabled and on SS . By the time they take out child support, I revieve $523.oo per month. So I canno't afford to hire an attorney.

The children are age 19 and age 21and according to the suppore order , I can have the support stoped now.

My question is : 1) Can I file the paperwork with out an attorney?
2) What paperwork do I need to file?
3) Were do I file the paperwork?

PS. The devorce was in the Distrect Court of Comanche County, Oklahoma.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Is the child support ordered through the courts or is it being handled by CSED? If it's CSED, you need to file a request through them. You don't need a lawyer to do that.

To the best of my knowledge, the support is through the court .
