What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Texas

If a noncustodial parent and custodial parent get married, will the noncustodial parent still be required to pay child support? Or will we have to submit some sort of document to stop the child support?

The court order remains in effect until it is changed. So, yes, CS has to be paid until the order is changed.

Support must continued to be paid until there is a court order stopping it. If the parents get together, I suggest you both file a motion to end support to the custodial parent.

If the custodial parent is on some type of State assistance, you can bank on payments continuing until the State has been paid back.
