What are the legal consequences if a custodial parent lies about past monies that she has received and is receiving monies (from arrears) that she was already given/paid. Concern is that the custodial parent told the courts that she did not receive thousands of dollars that I wired to her account via an allotment. I've presented this information (with proof) in court, but the court is dragging its feet crediting my arrears.
