What is the name of your state? NH
My husband has physical custody of his 17 yr old son. Boy's mother jumped bail & moved to FL. She has never paid child support for the 9 yrs they have been seperated. Boy threatened to move down with her (supposedly she has money now) so she will pay for his college & all his other "needs". If we let him go will we still be financially responsible?

Dad would still be responsible for son until age 18, however, nothing stops him from enforcing his child support order since mom has money now.
