temporary orders

To get a temporary support order does there need to be a hearing?
Can an attorney just file for it or what is the process? Father has been
proven to be the father via dna test and is trying to rescedule hearing
which could further delay things by months.

Yes, I did ask a question regarding temporary orders in my

don't know where you live, but in AZ you must fill out forms, file and have a hearing before a judge.
