My ex is currently $10,000+ in arrears inchild support. He has had no contact in the child's life for the past year and very minimal contact for the past 4 (the child is 5). I have full legal and custodial custody. There is no court ordered visitation.
I am considering termination of parental rights. I realize in doing so I relinquish any further child support.
If parental rights are terminated, I am also relinquishing the child's rights to back child support?
