I live in Florida

If I terminate my rights to the child--I realize this means I will have no say in the childs life and zero visitation, do I still support the child with child support payments?

First- PATERNITY HAS TO BE ESTABLISHED- (you may not be the bio dad)

Second- See my reply to your other thread.

Third- Usually, voluntarily giving up your parental rights DOES NOT stop CS obligation (unless Mother is married and husband wants to adopt). However, as I said, first you need to find out if you are the father or not.
