What is the name of your state? This will be for TX

What % of the NCP's income do the TX courts (OAG?) use when he is being sued for support but has prior children/support orders?

Ex.

Guy has 2 kids with his ex. Now being sued for DNA & support in TX for one child. Has support order for 2 kids.

How do they calculate support? Is it "income-prior support order= new income amt x %"?

What percentage will that be?

Will TX take into account that in addition to support order, NCP is ordered to pay medical expenses for first 2 kids, and pays for extracurriculars & daycare expenses?
