my wife's mother died 2 years ago and the state contacted me telling g me that there was money on her account for child support not paid before they have gave her the run around and told her the state has the money and she would have to get a lawyer they also asked for will ,death certificate , but she has a copy of will before signed and told her they can't do anything some help would be nice thank you
