What is the name of your state?
New York
Erie County

My son recently moved from his mom's house to my house. This was well thought out, not a whim. So my ex has 2 with her and I have 1 with me.

How should this work ?

Do I pay her for two while she pays me for one ?
Do I just pay her for one ?
Do we calculate the total support for all 3 and split it between us based on income ?

first of all if you pay court ordered child support, you have to file the change of custody with the courts or arrearage for the one with you will just build up.

you would calculate the support you would get from her for one, then subtract that from what you are supposed to pay her for the two (assuming you will still have to pay).

the courts would calculate it all for you if you are going through the courts.
