when does child support end in my situation.

My state is Illinois. My question is my father has two sons. I'm 26 and take care of him. My younger brother just turned 22 and is off at college a year away from his bachelor's degree. The divorce decree states, my father must have him on health and life insurance as a 50% benificiary til the age of 22 he has also paid child support for the last 18 or 19 years. With nothing else stated does child support end at this point.?
