What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? South Carolina

Our SC divorce agreement states that the husband pays for the health insurance of the "minor children" plus a large portion of out of pocket expenses. Both "children" are now over 21. There are no dates listed for the end of health & medical support - only that it states "minor children". Child support ended 3 years ago when the youngest turned 18. Did the responsibility for health expenses also end when the children came of age?

Why do you think that your "children" that are able to vote and drink legally are still "minors"??

Most parents do continue to provide health insurance for as long as their children can remain on their policies. At least, until the children have jobs that provide health insurance themselves.

Dad is no longer required to provide health insurance. I would hope that he would not stop doing so before they are able to obtain coverage elsewhere though.

Dad is also not responsible to contribute to ANY out of pocket expenses for his adult children however.
