The fact is, the only issues that can be amended or modified as a result of a divorce proceeding are those of alimony, child support, visitation and post-majority expenses.
If the supplying of the tax form was part of a parenting plan or other of the above, then it can be modified. However, under illinois statute, if the issue is part and parcel of either the original divorce decree of property settlement, then no, it cannot be modified unless the original decree is found to be defective by reason of fraud or mistake of law.
