What is the name of your state? Ohio

My X was asked June 10 to provide discovery information so that we can modify the child support. He didn't comply. We filed a motion to compel. Magistrate rules that he was to turn in his information in 10 days which is today.

He turned it in, but it is extremely incomplete. He refuses to give his 2004 tax return and his list of assets as well as many other things.

What happens now?

He will have to explain to the Magistrate why it is incomplete. If the Magistrate feels it's not a valid reason, he could be found in contempt.
