X using my son's name for his business

What is the name of your state? Michigan. I will try and give a short history. My son who is now 17 will be 18 on May 19th this year moved to his fathers when he was 16 becuase of issues with his step dad, my husband. I pay child support at $100 a week, son's father is on Disability through the state of Indiana becuase he has hepatitis. He claimed that he only made $1500 income at the time child support was figured so I pushed it and they sent in paperwork and he also gets an additional $850 a month for my son living there along with $400 a month from me. I just found out tonight that he has a business that he has put in our minor son's name. My son see's checks, signs them then is given $30 to $50 out of them to keep there little secret. Last week he signed a $3,000 check and his dad bought him a lap top for college with it. His father is also a Vet so between being disable and a Vet my son is getting alot of his college paid for from the Government. When in all reality his father is cheating the Government along with taking more money from me for child support. I don't mind paying support but this man ripes off, lies, steals, cheats anybody he can. He is suing his brother because his sister in law broke his phone. He went out and bought a $200 phone, my son said he took it back the next day but kept the receipt to turn into court to get more money. Small example of how he works. What can I do?? My son isn't sure if he has signed any tax papers or not claiming this income. What he is doing is illegal and I don't know where to start.
