Help!!!

name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona

An attorney sent me a letter for his "request for entry of default". I noticed that the date he filed was a WEEK ( 7 days) before he droped my copy in the mail. That give the post office about 2 days & me ...... . OOps guess Im out of time. Is it legal for him to do this ? What should I do? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Witty retort

If the letter was sent certified then you will be able to track that and get an extension or whatever from the court.
