What can be done if you are working as a sales/procurement specialist for a company as a 1099 consultant and the employer does not pay the companies you have acquired materials from, that you depend on for your lively hood? Every client I have found is owed money. Even the buyers I have brought in have been short changed in the products they have bought and now are filing claims. I have lost my most important clients. My one buyer I have been doing business with since 1998! I have spent precious time building this clientel to see it erased.

You don't even make sense.

What on earth is this: a sales/procurement specialist for a company as a 1099 consultant???

Please explain exactly what it is that you do and how the employer is acting irresponsibly or not doing what they are supposed to do.
