Hows this for NOT being a threat.
Dam this guy was in a full 6 point restraint chair, surrounded by 8 cops, IN a jail. Then was choked out, just for a blood draw. (Test showed NO drugs in system)
on a misdemeanor arrest. the man at no time ever resisted arrest or being placed in chair.
guess if they'd of told him, they'd withhold his air, it might of said yes.
