I filed a Memorandum in Opposition to an Objection to Supoena for Trial. I want the judge to see two additional exhibits that I didn't realize I needed to show until afer I filed it. Can I add an addendum to that memorandum? I recieved this opjection notice with only one day to respond before court closed for Thanksgiving. Trial is set to start Monday. This objection will be hear the morning. Can I add an addendum to the memorandum and hand it to the judge Monday morning? Or do I call it something else?
