I'm in California. There was a pre trial motion to strike and demur that was scheduled for a hearing date. On the hearing date it shows 2 entries :

Hearing on Demurrer (MOTION TO STRIKE FIRST AMENDEDCOMPLAINT) - Advanced to a Previous Date

Hearing on Demurrer (MOTION TO STRIKE FIRST AMENDEDCOMPLAINT) - Hearing prev advanced & vacated

What does this mean? There is no future hearing date? Does the hearing need to be rescheduled? Why are both entries showing for the same hearing date? Does it mean the hearing will or can be continued?
Will there just be no demur and MTS hearing?

Call up the clerk's office at the courthouse and ask.
