I need to make it clear that the man in both cases
(June 1, 2002 and July 12, 2002)is the same man.
I didn't know what catagory to use, so I used
this one.........This incident was June 1, 2002.

The other night, my 19 yr old daughter was helping a friend move from his apartment out in the country, and his room-mate (a convenience store manager) burst in out of the blue and started yelling at her that she was a low scum white bit_h. She had never seen or spoke to this person in her life! He said that white people were as low as dogs and that they have been evil to his people (Arab Moslems) for thousands of years. He told her that the whites are no different than lowly animals, and are without a soul. My daughter was scared, and she was trying to calm this insane Arab down. She kept working and trying to talk to him gently. He kept getting madder and madder at her. So while she was packing boxes, she muttered under her breath that at least she's no terrorist. He heard her and went into a greater rage. With 'fire' in his eyes, he grabbed a hammer and with the sharp end of it, he started swinging it at her, saying he was going to kill, destroy her foul, soulless filthy body! He chased her out into the night! Screaming at her that he was going to kill her, and swinging that hammer at her! She and her friend ran to her car, and took off. My daughter said that she would have stood her ground, (thank goodness she ran) but he was too big to even try. She said he is around 6ft 2 to 4 inches, over 240 lbs and around 40 years old. He started chasing them in his van. When they went to a place where other people were around, and called the police for help, he sat and watched them for a while, went in and started yelling at her again, then left just before the police came. She filed a report, and was told by the local authorities that there was nothing they could do. She found out from her friend that the reason he was moving was that the Arab room-mate had started terrorizing him too. I want to do something about this man.

On July 12, 2002, at about 4:31
M, I was at a convenience store. I was going to buy a drink
and buy gas, when I noticed that this same man was refusing to give an employee his paycheck again. I will call that angry man by his enitials of B S. Anyway, B S that sort of thing often. As B S was going into the store, I was coming out. I looked at him and said, "Sir, he has a legal right to his pay check". Instead of a responding to me in a professional manor, B S looked right into my eyes at close rang and said rather loudly, "F_ _K YOU!" . I was in shock. B S didn't even know me; had never seen me before! I caught my breath and said, "Sir, what is your name?". He looked at me closer, with fire in his bulging eyes, and yelled "F_ _K YOU!!". I am a customer. How dare he talk to me that way!. I asked him again for his name. again he yelled "F_ _K YOU!!!". I couldn't believe my ears. So I tried once more and said " Sir I didn't hear your name. What did you say your name is? He yelled, "MY NAME IS THE GUY THAT SAYS F_ _K YOU!!!!". At that point I became very frightened of this angry man, and ran to my sons car, where my son was waiting. Earlier I had seen the man put something in a truck that I assumed was his. So I took down the plate # on the truck. The man, B S, came running towards my car, and took my plate # down, and kept running towards me. My son was terrified and backed the car up as fast as he could in order to get out of the parking lot and get me away from there. My son said he thought that that the man was
going to try and kill me. This wasn't good for my son at all. He has a severe heart condition, and has
had many surgeries before he became an adult. Two years ago, one week after he graduated high
school, he had open heart surgery that lasted 7 and 1/2 hours; and he will be having open heart
surgeries for the rest of his life, in order to live. This incident was very bad for him. It set him
into tachycardia and arrhythmia. We went to the Sheriffs office that county (9 miles away in another small town), and filed a report. My son was trying to deal with his racing heart and was too dizzy and
upset to come into the Sheriffs office with me. I didn't know he was in tachycardia until after I came
out of the Sheriffs office an hour later. He didn't want to tell me because he knew that usually meant a
trip to the hospital ER, where he always gets stuck with needles (he hates needles). We were too far
away anyway, so he held off telling me. ..............After I left the convenience store, I was told by the persons
there that B S called the Sheriff and filed a complaint on me! Said that I assaulted him!
Which is a lie. I absolutely did not assault B S. The man is large and very treatening by nature. I
have been very tramutized by that man, and so has my son. He knew that it was that same man
that chased my daughter with a pick hammer and told her he was going to kill her. All of this is on digital
camera record and is stored in the main computer at the national convenience store headquarters. The company keeps these audio and video records 7 days and then deletes them. Friday, July 19, 2002, the records of that incident will be deleted. They will not let anyone have that recorded incident without a court
order. Can anyone help me stop this man from his terrorizing attacks? Do I have a legal stand on this?
You cannot know how much this has effected my son, my daughter and me. I have become very
afraid, depressed and unable to sleep. My son thinks he sees angry Arabs everywhere. Yesterday
he came into the house terrified, because he said a car with 3 Arabs in it were at the end of the
street glaring at him and our house. He said they then drove by slowly and made sure he saw them
all glaring. .............How can that company condone such actions by one of their employees? There
have been many complaints about him, and yet he is allowed to abuse...............I would like to
know if I can sue anyone for any kind of damages at all. that company has stores in several states,and probabley has an army of lawyers.................My daughter is going to try again to file charges on B S.

His ex-landladys sister tried to sell him a car. He went through her bank (a very large bank),
and when they did a check on him, they couldn't bring up any history on him at all. No tax
records, no work history, no credit history, no history of any kind before last year. As if he
were just born.

He says he is a Moslem, yet when he had a room-mate, he stole his credit card and charged some
pornography to it from his computer. He also signed and cashed an employees paycheck without
permission or knowledge, used the cash and gave the money to the employee after 2 weeks.

He filed income taxes for the first time this year, at
age 40 something

He has worked at the convenience store about 10
months.
