What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

Party A sues party B in federal district court, wins, and is awarded attorney fees (in addition to monetary damages) per statute providing for attorney fees for prevailing party. Then party A looks at filing a motion per FRCP 69 and Cal Code of Civil Procedure 187 to add party C as an additional judgment debtor on an alter ego basis.

If party A wins the motion, is it also entitled to its attorney fees incurred in litigating the motion? If it loses, is party C entitled to attorney fees incurred in defending the motion?
