Our California Corporation retained an Attorney. But now the Company has run out of Money. Attorney field for a motion to withdraw for non-payment of full fee.

What are our options? How do we proceed further?

Please suggest!!

My response:

Since a corporation cannot represent itself in court without an attorney, the corporation will either have to hire another attorney, or dismiss it's case if it is a Plaintiff, or allow judgment to be taken against it, if it's the Defendant.

I would strongly recommend a loan from a bank, right about now.
