A non-legal web site has posted a single paragraph summary of motion to dismiss in a case at Maricopa County Superior Court.
My interest is not in the merits of the motion, but in the opinion of the writer concerning what might or must happen next. The writer is not a lawyer, and what he has written sounds like something someone of dubious legal knowledge has fed him. Can someone with experience in AZ civil procedure offer a critique and/or possible alternate explanations? Pointers to the pertinent parts of the code involved would be appreciated. Thanks.
