A recent lawsuit was filed in civil court, and simultaneously, a motion was filed to freeze my bank account, and the judge signed it. This action has kept me from having the ability to hire an attorney of my choice, and defending the lawsuit. It doesn't help that one of the plaintiffs is an attorney and also part of the court of common pleas where the lawsuit is filed. Is there a law that forbids not allowing me to use my own money in my defense?
