In Ohio-

I have a minor relative living in my home, who has in his bedroom, several pot plants, lots of pot, and an expensive piece of lawn furniture that he stole from a neighbor?

If the police were to find the "goods" would I be prosecuted?

What if I turned him in?

I agree with IAAL that you should post this to the Criminal Board, but in an attempt to speed up the entire process, here are your answers:

Q1) "If the police were to find the "goods" would I be prosecuted?"
A1) Possibly (depends on the DA and what he believes). But, be assured, you could lose your home or at least be out BIG bucks trying to protect it.

Q2) "What if I turned him in?"
A2) You would probably NOT be prosecuted or penalized if you are not a participant in the illegal activities.
