I am not sure if this is the applicable group but...

I have found many different law suits (from different law firms in different states) against Bank of America with whom I also lost shareholder value (some cases involve the share price drop and associated merger with ML, and non-transparency; and some involve employee 401k).

It is interesting how many of these say they represent the shareholders but i only found out about the first case by accident then started searching the web for the others (I found at least 10).

I have been emailing the various firms but wonder if I can be part of multiple cases (as a plaintiff for each)?

Thoughts?
