I am involved in a civil suit with my soon to be ex-spouse. this has been going on for over 2 years and the judge keeps on continuing this case every three months for a case management hearing. I dont understand the purpose of this or what is to be achieved. I ask my attorney and he says it is up to the judge. I want this over with. Each time I go to court it just costs me more money.
