I have a judgment aganist a Florida LLC. They are still active in the same business but they changed the LLC name to avoid me. Is there anything that I can do to collect on my judgement?

You do not have a judgment against an active corp, you have a judgment against a defunct corp. This new one is an entirely different person. Now, you may be able to pierce as SJ says, but that might be a lot of work and depend on a lot of facts which are not in your possession. If you go that route, you will need an attorney.
