I just found out through a civil paper that i have had a kid from a past girlfriend 16 yrs ago..the kid is in "state custody",i have not ever been contacted by this girl since '92..they wqant me to pay retibution from jan 30th of this year when he went into state custody..i go to court dec 16th..i guess i should first ask for a dna test? then what?
