I have a cilval matter and needing to see who I need to contact. I have a car that a repair shop (back yard shop )has had for 2 months and I have called and left message and sent certified letters he has refused to pick up he said he has order the wrong part ect. the verbal agreement was it would take him 2 weeks at the most. I have lft numerous messages and he refused to call me back. What to do?
