What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA
If you are found not guilty of criminal charges, but lose in civil court. Is that civil court verdict considered a guilty verdict?

Civil courts generally do not issue guilty or not guilty decisions. That is used in criminal courts only. If one is found liable or loses a civil court case, it does not change the outcome of the criminal court case.
